Soccer Game Preview: St. Luke's Episcopal vs. Notre Dame

The St. Luke's Episcopal Wildcats will be taking part in a tournament against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

St. Luke's Episcopal will roll into the match after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any goals on Friday, then bounced right back against Satsuma on Tuesday. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Gators with a sharp 5-0 victory. St. Luke's Episcopal haven't had any issues with Satsuma recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Red Bank on Thursday.

The Fighting Irish hit the Lions with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Caleb Salenda, Marlon Enrique Gutierrez Benitez, and Owen Maddox.

Notre Dame's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for St. Luke's Episcopal, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.
