Kelsey Palmer put in work no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Palmer was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two triples and three runs.
In other batting news, Kira Kuechle and Camryn IVerson did some serious damage despite the final result: Kuechle went 2-for-4 with three RBI and a double, while IVerson scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-5.
