Volleyball Recap: Prospect Ridge Academy Triumphs

Prospect Ridge Academy won the last time they faced Golden View Classical Academy and things went their way on Saturday too. The Miners came out on top against the Sentinels by a score of 2-0.

Prospect Ridge Academy's offense was headlined by Ceira Trinta and Alessandra Erramouspe, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from DeLaney Ash and her eight assists. Trinta was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Prospect Ridge Academy's win bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Golden View Classical Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season.

Coincidentally, Prospect Ridge Academy and Golden View Classical Academy will both be playing The Colorado Springs School the next time they take the court. The Miners will head out to face the Kodiaks at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Sentinels will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
