Football Recap: Rowan County Takes a Loss

While it was Rowan County who put the first points on the board on Friday, it was West Carter who put up more. The Vikings took an 18-9 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Comets. The Vikings just can't catch a break and have now endured seven losses in a row.

Rowan County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for West Carter, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-6.

As of now, neither Rowan County nor the Comets have any future games scheduled.
