Meanwhile, Grandview came tearing into Saturday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 points) and they left with even more momentum. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 82-79 win over the Vikings. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Greyhounds have posted since January 5, 2024.

Grandview's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 81.0 points per game. As for Quincy, they now have a losing record at 6-7.
