Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Finney). They came out on top against the Bishop Kearney Kings by a score of 9-5 on Tuesday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Falcons with their most commanding win of the season.

Finney pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.75 runs across that stretch. As for Bishop Kearney, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Finney will venture away from home to challenge Franklin at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Bishop Kearney, they will challenge Aquinas Institute at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
