Basketball Recap: Universal Takes a Loss

Universal came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were beaten by the Unity Christian Academy Phoenix 83-48. The Stars have struggled against the Phoenix recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Universal's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Unity Christian Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season.

Coming up, Universal will venture away from home to take on Hancock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Unity Christian Academy, they will welcome MCC at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
