Soccer Recap: Klein Forest Comes Up Short

Klein Forest managed to keep up with Klein Cain until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Klein Forest Eagles came up short against the Klein Cain Hurricanes, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 348th, while the Hurricanes are ranked 15th).

Klein Forest has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. The win made it two in a row for Klein Cain and bumps their season record up to 15-2.

Coincidentally, Klein Forest and Klein Cain will both be playing Klein Collins the next time they take the pitch. Klein Cain will head out to face Klein Collins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Klein Forest will host them at 7:30 p.m. on March 11th.
