Mountain View not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 25, 2024. They put the hurt on the Skyline Coyotes with a sharp 3-0 win. The Toros haven't had any issues with the Coyotes recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Mountain View took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-9, 25-13.

Ty Denham paced Mountain View's offense, picking up nine kills. Denham got some help from Bridger Brian and his 23 assists. Brian was also solid from the service line: he led the team with 11 aces.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 14-12-2. As for Skyline, they are on a 27-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Mountain View didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Highland on the 4th. As for Skyline, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Mesa on the 8th.
