Softball Recap: Yellow Medicine East Comes Up Short

Yellow Medicine East lost against Minnewaska Area back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Sting fell 4-1 to the Lakers. The Sting have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Yellow Medicine East now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Minnewaska Area, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Yellow Medicine East will welcome MACCRAY at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolverines will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Sting surely won't give up without a fight. As for Minnewaska Area, they will host Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
