Basketball Recap: Aggieland HomeSchool Comes Up Short

If Aggieland HomeSchool was riding high fresh off their 86-45 takedown of Houston Homeschool Athletics on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Aggieland HomeSchool Panthers were just a bucket shy of victory on Thursday and fell 70-69 to the Fort Worth THESA Riders. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Riders apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Cox is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last six games he's played. Another player making a difference was Micah Krajca, who posted ten points along with five assists and five boards.

Aggieland HomeSchool has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 18-7 record this season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.8 points over those games. As for Fort Worth THESA, their victory bumped their record up to 20-15.

Aggieland HomeSchool has already played their next game, a 52-48 defeat against San Antonio Patriots HomeSchool on the 7th. Fort Worth THESA has also already played their next contest (against Red River), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
