Football Game Preview: Upland Highlanders/Scots vs. Chino Hills Huskies + How To Watch

For the first time this season, Upland will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. After each having a week off, they and the Chino Hills Huskies will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Upland has given up an average of 28 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Upland is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 31 points on September 11th, they were much more limited against Bishop Amat last Friday. They were dealt a 32-3 loss at the hands of the Lancers. The contest marked the Highlanders/Scots' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 37 points the game before, Chino Hills was a bit more limited in their game last Friday. They took a 26-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of San Clemente. The Huskies haven't had much luck with the Tritons recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Although Chino Hills took the loss, they still got scores from Jerimiah Jackson and Luke Lopez.

Upland's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Chino Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Upland came up short against Chino Hills in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, falling 17-12. Can the Highlanders/Scots avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
