Billy Monaghan gave up the fewest walks he has since back in April on Friday. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.
