Softball Recap: Nova Comes Up Short

After soaring to 16 runs the game before, Nova was a bit more limited in their contest on Monday. They came up short against the Calvary Christian Academy Eagles, falling 12-1. The match marked the Titans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Nova's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-6. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Nova is taking a road trip to face off against South Plantation at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they will be playing at home against Somerset Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
