Kossuth and Corinth are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2018, but likely not for long. The Aggies will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Kossuth is headed into their home opener looking to turn things around after starting their season on the road. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Corinth last Saturday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

For Corinth's part, Chase Kiddy looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.

On the hitting side, Corinth's win was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Ben Austin, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.
