Soccer Recap: Walnut Finishes Even with Diamond Bar

Walnut can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They and the Diamond Bar Brahmas finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Mustangs have been dealt a draw since back in December of 2024.

Their goal came courtesy of Alessandro Diaz, which was the first he's scored this season.

Walnut's draw gives them a new season record of 6-3-3. Meanwhile, Diamond Bar's record is now 1-5-2.

Walnut has already played their next matchup, an 8-3 victory against Glendora on the 16th. As for Diamond Bar, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Claremont on the 16th.
