Soccer Game Preview: Warren County vs. Skyline

The Warren County Wildcats will face off against the Skyline Hawks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Warren County came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Kettle Run, falling 5-0. The loss was Warren County's first of the season.

Meanwhile, Skyline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to Sherando.

Having lost for the first time this season, Warren County fell to 4-1. As for Skyline, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

Everything went Warren County's way against Skyline when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Warren County made off with a 7-0 victory. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Hawks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
