Vidor is a perfect 10-0 against Silsbee since February of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Pirates will head out on the road to take on the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Vidor had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the nine-goal drubbing they dealt East Chambers on Friday. The Pirates' defense stepped up to hand the Buccaneers a 9-0 shutout. Vidor haven't had any issues with East Chambers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Silsbee made easy work of Dayton on Tuesday and carried off a 5-2 victory. Given Silsbee's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 260th, while Dayton are ranked 593rd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Silsbee's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Vidor, their victory bumped their record up to 9-1.

Everything went Vidor's way against Silsbee in their previous meeting back in February of 2025, as Vidor made off with a 5-0 win. Will the Pirates repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
