Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Centauri walked away with it. They took down the North Fork Miners 35-21 on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Falcons sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Sean Jarvies was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 146 yards and a pair of TDs, and also punched in two touchdowns on the ground. What's more, he posted two passing touchdowns, the most he's had since back in September.

Centauri didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited North Fork to a completion percentage of just 28.6%. The Falcons hasn't an opponent to post a completion percentage of 0.4 or higher in three consecutive games.

Despite the loss, North Fork still got an impressive performance from Braeden Flores, who rushed for 84 yards and two scores, and also threw for 78 yards and one touchdown.

Centauri's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for North Fork, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.

Looking ahead, Centauri will face off against Highland at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. North Fork does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
