Basketball Recap: Westview Comes Up Short

Westview lost against Ripley back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Westview Chargers fell just short of the Ripley Tigers by a score of 47-45. The match marked the Chargers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Westview's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Ripley, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westview will welcome Milan at 6:00 p.m. on January 31st. As for Ripley, they will challenge Peabody at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
