Soccer Recap: Conard Comes Up Short

Conard managed to slip by Simsbury the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Red Wolves lost 5-0 to the Trojans on Friday. Conard just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Conard's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-1. As for Simsbury, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Conard is set to square off against their familiar foe Northwest Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Simsbury will take on rival Lewis Mills at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
