Volleyball Recap: LaBrae Gets the Win

The LaBrae Vikings were able to grind out a solid win over the Lowellville Rockets on Saturday, taking the game 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: LaBrae took both sets by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-9.

LaBrae's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, LaBrae will be playing in front of their home fans against Cardinal at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lowellville, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Struthers on the 16th.
