Basketball Recap: Hardee's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Hardee needed a changed in momentum after dropping 12 straight games and they got it from Nolan Roberts. The Hardee Wildcats claimed a resounding 51-10 win over the Champions Christian Academy Lions thanks in part to Roberts, who posted 15 points. Those 15 points gave him a new career-high.

Hardee's victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-2. As for Champions Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Hardee won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Non Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Champions Christian Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Excel Christian Academy Blue at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th.
