Volleyball Recap: Hubbard Snags Tenth Victory in Last 11 Games

Hubbard picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They came out on top against the ACERO Garcia Patriots by a score of 2-0.

Hubbard's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sebastian Lara, who had 17 digs. That's the most digs Lara has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah Jauregui, who had five digs, two aces, and one block.

Hubbard is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-5-2 record this season. As for ACERO Garcia, their loss dropped their record down to 6-13.

Hubbard wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 1-1 tie against Amundsen on the 17th. ACERO Garcia has also already played their next game (against Little Village), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
