Basketball Recap: Elkin Takes a Loss

Elkin lost against North Stokes back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Elkin Buckin' Elks fell 70-59 to the North Stokes Vikings. The Buckin' Elks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Elkin's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for North Stokes, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing East Wilkes the next time they take the court. Elkin will head out to face East Wilkes at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while North Stokes will host them at 8:00 p.m. on December 20th.
