Basketball Recap: Edison Triumphs

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Edison ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Clovis Cougars 62-60. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Vikings have posted since January 11th.

The win got Edison back to even at 1-1. As for Clovis, they dropped their record down to 2-2 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Edison will challenge College Park at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clovis, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Lodi at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
