Volleyball Recap: South Anchorage Snags 22nd Win in Last 23 Games

South Anchorage won the last time they faced Colony and Jessica Gieser did her part to make sure it happened again. The Wolverines walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Knights on Saturday for which the team can thank Gieser, who had 14 digs and two assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

South Anchorage is on a roll lately: they've won 22 of their last 23 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 32-3-1 record this season. As for Colony, their loss dropped their record down to 29-14-2.

South Anchorage wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Service on the 25th. As for Colony, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Barrow on the 25th.
