Volleyball Recap: Cyprus Comes Up Short

Cyprus's tournament run continued when they took on Dixie on Saturday. The Pirates fell 2-0 to the Flyers.

Uifo'Ou Laloni paced Cyprus' offense, picking up eight kills. Laloni got some help from ?Ilisapesi Tu'ivai and her seven assists. Tupou Taumoepeau controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Cyprus' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Dixie, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Cyprus will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Roy at 12:00 p.m. As for Dixie, they will be taking part in a tournament against Logan at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
