Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ballard). Everything went their way against the Portland Christian Eagles on Saturday as they made off with a 6-1 win. The victory was nothing new for Ballard as they're now sitting on three straight.

Ballard's win bumped their record up to 11-6-1. As for Portland Christian, they dropped their record down to 6-9-3 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Ballard will challenge Jeffersontown at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Portland Christian, they will head out to square off against Shawnee at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
