Volleyball Recap: Canyon del Oro Takes a Loss

Canyon del Oro saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Gilbert Tigers. The Dorados have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ansley Snyder paced Canyon del Oro's offense, picking up ten kills. Snyder got some help from Lila Schladweiler and her 16 assists. Rylee Katterman controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Canyon del Oro's defeat dropped their record down to 1-2. As for Gilbert, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

Canyon del Oro has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Mesa on the 5th. As for Gilbert, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Mountain Pointe on the 5th.
