Baseball Recap: Frankfort Comes Up Short

Frankfort lost against Bridgeport back in June of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Falcons took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Frankfort saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rhett Sensabaugh, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Frankfort's record is now 10-5. As for Bridgeport, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Frankfort is taking a road trip to challenge Hoover at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Falcons are facing the Huskies at the right time seeing as the Huskies are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Bridgeport, they will square off against Cabell Midland at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
