Basketball Recap: Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin Piles Up the Points Against Schlarman

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They breezed past the Schlarman Hilltoppers to the tune of 72-27 on Monday. The Blue Devils have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hilltoppers, too.

Keison Peoples went supernova, dropping a double-double with 34 points and ten rebounds. His evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Micah Tidwell, who posted seven points and three steals.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 52-49 win against Paris on the 25th. As for Schlarman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 63-52 victory against Covington on the 25th.
