Football Recap: Immokalee Starts Season with Loss at Home + How To Watch

Immokalee unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were just a hair shy of victory on Friday and fell 22-21 to the South Fort Myers Wolfpack. The Indians were up 15-0 in the first quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

Immokalee didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Juan Cuevas and Ramiro Esquivel.

Looking ahead, Immokalee will face off against Barron Collier at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for South Fort Myers, they will square off against Gateway at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
