Basketball Recap: Marsing Gets the Win

If Vision wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Marsing, they should've done a better job of containing Teagan Kinney. The Marsing Huskies blew past Vision, posting a 63-33 win thanks in part to Kinney, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Jace Chadez, who posted eight points and eight steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games he's played.

Marsing's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Vision, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-9.

Marsing will head out to take on Nampa Christian at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th. As for Vision, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Parma at 7:30 p.m.
