Basketball Recap: Bancroft-Rosalie Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Bancroft-Rosalie had won two straight games and Kj Blackhawk did his part to make it three on Tuesday. The Panthers walked away with a 62-53 victory over the Walthill Blujays for which the team can thank Blackhawk, who shot 50% from the field on his way to 27 points and seven boards. His big performance that evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points.

Braylon Wegner was another key player, putting up ten points and seven rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 47.2% field goal percentage.

Bancroft-Rosalie's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Walthill, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-2.

Looking ahead, Bancroft-Rosalie will be home for the holidays to greet West Monona on Friday. Walthill and Varsity Opponent will compete for holiday cheer on Monday.
