Softball Recap: Batavia Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Charles East, Batavia was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with an 8-5 win over the St. Edward Green Wave.

Batavia's victory bumped their record up to 8-20. As for St. Edward, their loss dropped their record down to 14-14.

Coming up, Batavia will challenge Wheaton-Warrenville South at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so the Bulldogs' hitters will have their work cut out for them. St. Edward does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
