Softball Recap: Tippecanoe Victorious

It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Tippecanoe ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Bellbrook Golden Eagles. While the Red Devils didn't have the best season last year (they finished 2-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Tippecanoe's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Bellbrook, they moved to 8-6 with that defeat, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Tippecanoe will take on Hilliard Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bellbrook, they are taking a road trip to square off against Franklin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
