Baseball Recap: Georgetown G-Men vs. Blanchester Wildcats

Georgetown was the 8-5 winner over Blanchester when they last played one another back in May of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Georgetown G-Men wound up on the wrong side of a tough 11-1 walloping at the hands of the Blanchester Wildcats on Monday.

For Blanchester's part, Austin Dick made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out nine batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Dick was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with a stolen base and a double.
