The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Gibson County considering their one-run performance the contest before.

Logan White was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. White was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

In other batting news, Noah Dabbs and Jonathan Forsythe did most of the damage at the plate: Dabbs scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances, while Forsythe scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.
