Wilmot (Wis.) scored 28 points in the second quarter to secure a big 48-14 victory over Union Grove (Wis.) on Saturday.

Erik Nevoso, a touchdown run by
Bennett Kothe, a Kothe touchdown run and a touchdown pass by Strasser to Nevoso in the quarter.
Wilmot was up 35-6 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run in the first quarter.
WHS expanded its lead to 35 points entering the fourth quarter. The Panthers scored once in the quarter on a defensive touchdown.
Wilmot's most effective player was Kothe. The senior running back ran for two touchdowns. He has now scored three touchdowns on the season.
The Broncos' J.k. Witkofski was the standout player for his team. The sophomore quarterback ran for two touchdowns.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 49-6 win for WHS.
The loss was the fourth in a row for Union Grove.
Union Grove (0-4) goes up against Elkhorn in a Southern Lakes game matchup next week, while Wilmot (2-2) locks horns with Badger also in a Southern Lakes game.
