Gateway had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Colonial Grenadiers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Tuesday.

One reason for the win was Gateway's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-15, 25-14.

Gateway's win bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Colonial, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record this season.

Gateway does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Colonial, they will head out on the road to face off against Boone at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
