Volleyball Recap: Pawling Takes a Loss

Pawling was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Dover Dragons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dragons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-20, 25-11.

Dover found their leader in sophomore Emily Arnold, who had 14 assists and two aces.

Pawling's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Dover, they pushed their record up to 7-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pawling will face off against Haldane at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dover, they will be playing at home against Highland at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
