Gage Schminke Game Report: vs Manitou Springs

University was led to victory by Gage Schminke, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Schminke went 9 for 16 on his way to 28 points in addition to seven boards and four steals. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 17.2 points per game.

University and Denver West will face off at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Schminke hasn't had any trouble running up the score (he's averaged 17.2 per game this season), but it's looking like he'll have his work cut out for him against the Cowboys' dominant defense.
