Baseball Recap: Arizona Lutheran Academy Coyotes vs. Trivium Prep Crimson Knights

Arizona Lutheran Academy put the finishing touches on their 16th blowout victory of the season on Monday. They blew past the Trivium Prep Crimson Knights 17-1. The win was nothing new for Arizona Lutheran Academy as they're now sitting on five straight.

Jorge Lomeli and Corey Riesop made a splash no matter where they played. Throwing, Lomeli pitched three innings while giving up no earned run off three hits. Meanwhile, Riesop tossed an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. At bat, Lomeli scored a run while going 2-for-4, while Riesop scored four runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Riesop is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now stolen at least one in the last four games he's played.

In other batting news, Noah Urbieta and Ryan Pufahl did most of the damage at the plate: Urbieta got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two RBI and a double, while Pufahl scored a run and stole three bases while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.
