Oxnard won the last time they faced Pacifica and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Yellowjackets simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Tritons 40-6. Considering the Yellowjackets have won 14 games by more than 19 points this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Vanessa Cano threw for 169 yards and five touchdowns. Ameerah Phillips was her top target, picking up 37 receiving yards and one TD.

The victory made it two in a row for Oxnard and bumps their season record up to 16-6. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 12 points in those games. As for Pacifica, they dropped their record down to 4-11 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.
