Volleyball Recap: Forge Christian Takes a Loss

Forge Christian lost against Windsor Charter Academy on April 5th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Fury came up short against the Firebirds, falling 3-0. The Fury have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-21, 25-20.

Adrian Bensching paced Forge Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Bensching were helped by Dennis Blinov and Seth Davies, who contributed nine assists each.

Forge Christian's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Windsor Charter Academy, their win bumped their record up to 6-9.

Forge Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Arrupe Jesuit on the 23rd. As for Windsor Charter Academy, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Fort Lupton on the 25th.
