Football Recap: Pewitt Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Pewitt and Beckville squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Pewitt had to settle for second. They fell 21-14 to the Bearcats. The Brahmas have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

Beckville got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jorden Prince out in front who rushed for 141 yards and two scores. Those 141 rushing yards gave Prince a new career-high. Rudy Watts was another key player, gaining 115 total yards.

Pewitt's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Beckville, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-3.

As of now, neither Pewitt nor the Bearcats have any future games scheduled.
