Football Preview: Etiwanda Eagles vs. Cajon Cowboys        
        
		
             The Etiwanda Eagles will take on the Cajon Cowboys at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both  are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
 Cajon better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Etiwanda really get things going. Everything went Etiwanda's way against Citrus Valley on Thursday as Etiwanda made off with  a  27-3 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Eagles.
 Among those leading the charge was   Keegan Campuzano, who threw for 230 yards and three touchdowns.
 Meanwhile, Cajon gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener  last Friday. They were the clear victor by  a  29-7 margin over Norco.
  Brandon Rivers had a dynamite game for Cajon, rushing for 182 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. Rivers really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 87-yard run.
 Etiwanda took their  win against Cajon  in their previous matchup  back in September of 2023 by a conclusive  48-26. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was  Cajon's  Evan Powell, who rushed for 77 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 178 yards  on 18 of 33 attempts.
