West Anchorage faced Eagle River in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Eagles were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over Wolves. West Anchorage might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Eagle River from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Dominic Marban led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

The victory made it two in a row for West Anchorage and bumps their season record up to 7-2-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those two matchups. As for Eagle River, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9.
