Hintz came up big in Berne Union's 16-8 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Saturday Mia Hintz stepped things up a notch to give Berne Union the 'W'. Hintz was dialed in and scored four runs while going 3-for-4. She played a big game the last time she faced Mt. Gilead, so the team probably should've seen her coming.
Hintz and Berne Union will head out on the road to challenge Fairfield Christian Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Berne Union is 9-1 against Fairfield Christian Academy going back to April of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
